About the role
The Weekend Program Staff member supports the delivery of high‑quality activities at Camp For All, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment for campers with special needs. This temporary, contract‑based position works primarily on weekends throughout the September‑December season.
Key responsibilities
- Participate in staff orientation and training sessions.
- Obtain optional certifications such as lifeguarding, challenge‑course instruction, and required CPR training.
- Plan, adapt, and manage assigned program activities, addressing individual camper needs.
- Maintain program activity areas in collaboration with Program Supervisors.
- Follow all safety standards set by the camp and relevant health authorities, correcting or reporting infractions immediately.
- Work collaboratively with the program management team and other staff.
- Manage free time responsibly to stay prepared for each partner group.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Experience in leadership or volunteer roles.
- Strong desire to work with children who have special needs.

- Housing and meals during each weekend worked.
- Stipend of $175 per weekend for first‑season staff, $210 for returning staff.
- Flexible schedule with a minimum three‑weekend commitment.
