UX/UI Designer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI operating system for B2C brands and is looking for a UX/UI Designer to shape intuitive, beautiful, and high‑converting experiences across its product, marketing site, and customer touchpoints. You will work directly with the CEO, product managers and engineers to translate complex workflows into user‑friendly designs that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Design dashboards, workflows and integrations for the core Base360.ai product.
• Create marketing assets such as landing pages, product pages and demo flows.
• Define, maintain and expand the company design system and component library.
• Gather user feedback, conduct usability testing and run A/B experiments to iterate quickly.
• Collaborate with developers to ensure pixel‑perfect implementation of UI designs.
• Translate product requirements into wireframes, prototypes and final UI designs using Figma.
