Senior Petroleum Engineer – Reservoir & Production Optimization

About the role

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Petroleum Engineer to join our on‑shore operations in Congo. The successful candidate will work independently with minimal supervision, focusing on reservoir surveillance, production optimization, forecasting, and identifying opportunities to maximize hydrocarbon recovery.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze reservoir performance to ensure optimal production.
• Develop and implement forecasting models for future output.
• Identify and evaluate opportunities to enhance recovery rates.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support field operations.

Required profile

• 10–12 years of experience as a Reservoir Engineer or Petroleum Engineer.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
• Candidate must be from the CEMAC region.

Required skills

• PVT data handling.
• RCAL data handling.
• SCAL data handling.
• Proficiency with production databases such as OFM.
