Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies whose products help people connect online across cultures and regions. It is looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer (Flutter) to join one of its most established products. The position is remote and full-time.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse auth/registration funnels, search and discovery, and profile/photo engagement
• Measure messaging engagement and match/interest conversion
• Own analytics for upgrade and monetization funnels
• Track push, deep link and realtime feature performance
• Analyse ads and in-app purchase revenue metrics
• Support compliance analytics (consent, age checks, verification)

Required profile

• Strong Flutter/Dart (3.x) experience with production apps on iOS and Android
• Fluent Russian and B2-level English

Required skills

• Layered architecture: UI, domain (use cases/repos), framework
• BLoC and Provider, GetIt for dependency injection, GoRouter for navigation
• Dio networking and immutable models with codegen (built_value or similar)
• Multi-flavor / white-label shipping (brand config, assets, store IDs, Firebase)
• Unit and widget tests, ideally bloc_test or BDD-style
