About the role

The Pedagogical Training Manager will lead the design, implementation and quality assurance of training programmes for Oxygène Association in Brazzaville. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures that both face‑to‑face and virtual learning experiences meet organisational standards and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Design, update and continuously improve training curricula and learning modules.
• Coordinate, motivate and evaluate a team of instructors and trainers.
• Act as the liaison between management, trainers and learners to guarantee high‑quality delivery.
• Plan schedules, allocate teaching resources and manage material logistics.
• Monitor learner progress, provide coaching and ensure compliance with educational regulations.

Required profile

• University degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in Education Sciences, Human Resources, Instructional Design or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience as a trainer, teacher or instructional manager.
• Strong organisational, project‑management and leadership abilities.
• Excellent communication and listening skills.
• Adaptability to innovative pedagogical approaches.
