Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer problems with a calm, solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand professionally, with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and verbal.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
