Junior Management Accountant (Trainee)

About the Role

Are you looking to launch or accelerate your career in finance? As a Trainee Management Accountant within our Telematics business unit, you will play a key role in supporting our financial excellence and driving data-driven decision-making.

Main Responsibilities

• Support the production of accurate and timely monthly management accounts.
• Perform regular reconciliations of P&L and balance sheet accounts.
• Develop financial reporting packs, including insightful commentary on performance.
• Conduct variance analysis between actual performance and budgets/forecasts.
• Assist in year-end closing processes and the preparation of audit files.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and internal controls.
• Provide ad-hoc financial analysis to the Financial Controller and collaborate with Group, Tax, and Compliance teams.

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing a professional financial qualification (AAT, ACCA, or CIMA) or highly motivated to start your certification journey.
• Possess initial experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Demonstrate a logical approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player mindset.
