About the role

Students For Liberty’s Global Performance Department is seeking motivated interns to support a diverse portfolio of initiatives worldwide. This fully remote, six‑month position offers hands‑on experience in program development, project coordination, and volunteer performance enhancement.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily operations of core programs and ongoing projects.
• Execute operative tasks related to new initiatives and data analysis.
• Collaborate on the creation of training and educational materials.
• Facilitate internal communications and support volunteer and staff engagement.
• Manage documentation and data associated with projects.

Required profile

• Experience in volunteer or people management.
• Excellent communication and soft‑skill abilities.
• Creative problem‑solving mindset.
• Ability to work autonomously and adopt an entrepreneurial approach.
• Fluency in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Suite.
