About the role

The Flex is building an AI‑powered operating system for modern renting. We need a Full‑Stack Product Engineer who can turn ideas into production‑grade features, automate manual workflows, and help shape a platform used by thousands of users worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and launch end‑to‑end product features that drive measurable business impact.
• Collaborate directly with founders and operations teams to translate customer problems into elegant software solutions.
• Iterate quickly, gather feedback, and continuously improve products based on real‑world usage.
• Create automation systems that eliminate manual work and enable scalable growth.
• Build internal tools such as dashboards, workflow engines, and AI‑powered utilities.
• Integrate external services (Airbnb, Stripe, Hostaway, Twilio, Google, OpenAI) via robust APIs.
• Implement AI‑driven features to boost productivity, decision‑making and user experience.
• Ensure platform reliability, security and scalability as the business expands internationally.

Required profile

• Strong full‑stack development experience with production‑grade web applications.
• Deep understanding of APIs, databases and cloud infrastructure.
• Product mindset and user‑centric thinking.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and solve complex problems.
• Excellent written communication skills.
