Full-time Sales Consultant – Apparel

About the role

Join adidas as a Sales Consultant in our apparel department, working 40 hours per week to represent the brand and inspire customers. You will be the first point of contact in the store, helping shoppers discover products that fit their active lifestyles.

Key responsibilities

• Act as a brand ambassador, engaging customers and communicating adidas values.
• Support merchandise management, including deliveries and replenishment, to meet store targets.
• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales through product knowledge.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store KPIs and sales goals.
• Complete all required training and apply learnings on the shop floor.

Required profile

• At least 1 month experience in sports or fashion retail.
• Understanding of store KPIs and ability to use tools to interpret them.
• Strong communication skills in English.
• Team player with resilience, eagerness to learn and curiosity.
