Business Development Manager (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to join our growing professional services firm on a full‑time remote basis. You will drive new revenue opportunities, deepen existing client relationships, and contribute to our mission of delivering results‑oriented consulting solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Research target markets and identify strategic growth opportunities.
• Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through the entire sales cycle.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and track performance against growth targets.
• Negotiate contracts and represent the company in virtual meetings and events.
• Provide regular reporting and market insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven business development, sales, and account‑management experience, including pipeline management and deal closure.
• Strong analytical ability to conduct market research and identify growth opportunities.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience working cross‑functionally to design client solutions.
• Proactive, self‑directed work style suited to a remote environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or solutions‑based sales is a plus.
