Business Development Manager – Central & West Africa

About the role

Based in Pointe‑Noire, you will represent SIVAM across the Central and West African region, building long‑term relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities and supporting the growth of our products and technical services. You will work closely with our headquarters in Italy while becoming the local reference point for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Represent SIVAM in the CEMAC region and selected West African countries.
• Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities for SIVAM’s products and services.
• Act as the local point of contact, providing technical and commercial support to customers.
• Travel extensively throughout the CEMAC region and neighboring West African markets.
• Collaborate with the Italian headquarters to align regional activities with corporate strategy.

Required profile

• Fluent in French (written and spoken) and professional proficiency in English.
• Based in Pointe‑Noire (or elsewhere within CEMAC) and willing to travel extensively.
• Previous experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• Background in Business Development or Sales within an oilfield service company, or technical field operations with a strong interest in a commercial career.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, proactive, customer‑focused and entrepreneurial mindset.
• Ability to work independently and create new business opportunities.
