Assistant(e) en Contrôle de Gestion

About the role

The company, an emerging player in poultry and fish farming projects, is looking for an Assistant in Management Control to support the Management Controller in monitoring and analysing the financial performance of the business.

Key responsibilities

• Continuous control of sales, invoicing, collections, expenses and cash‑flow movements.
• Budget monitoring and variance analysis.
• Tracking of key performance indicators and preparation of management reports.
• Ensuring the reliability and accuracy of financial data.
• Providing support to the Head of Management Control on ad‑hoc analyses.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (BAC+3) in Management Control, Accounting, Finance, Audit or Business Management.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as a Management Control Assistant, Junior Controller, Accounting or Finance Assistant, or similar administrative‑financial role.
• Previous exposure to sales, invoicing or collection control is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of general accounting and management accounting principles.
• Proficiency in techniques for controlling sales, invoicing and cash‑flow.
• Ability to design, maintain and analyse management dashboards.
• Capability to identify, document and follow up on financial anomalies.
