Asset Integrity Inspector

About the role

We are seeking an Asset Integrity Inspector to join a major oil & gas project in Point Noire, Congo. The role involves conducting on‑site inspections of critical plant equipment to ensure safety, reliability and compliance with international standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform field inspections on piping, pressure vessels, tanks, valves, structures and static equipment.
• Verify asset condition against inspection plans, company procedures and applicable codes.
• Support corrosion monitoring activities and identify signs of deterioration, leaks, cracks or abnormal conditions.
• Coordinate, witness and follow up non‑destructive testing (NDT) activities such as VT, UT, MT, PT, RT and thickness measurements.
• Ensure all inspection work complies with health, safety and environmental (HSE) requirements.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Asset Integrity, Inspection, Maintenance Inspection or QA/QC Inspection within the Oil & Gas sector.
• Familiarity with piping, pressure equipment, static equipment, tanks, valves and structural components.
• Good knowledge of corrosion monitoring, inspection planning and integrity management activities.
• Understanding of international codes and standards such as ASME, API and client‑specific specifications.
• Fluent in French.
