Web Analytics Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a detail‑oriented Web Analytics Specialist to turn raw website data into actionable insights. In this role you will implement tracking, analyse user behaviour, and produce clear reports that support optimisation of our digital presence and marketing campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Configure and maintain analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics and tag management tools like Google Tag Manager.
• Analyse traffic patterns, user journeys and conversion funnels to uncover optimisation opportunities.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports in Looker Studio, Data Studio or Tableau to monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to design and run A/B and multivariate tests.
• Conduct regular audits of tracking implementations to identify and fix data gaps.
• Provide proactive recommendations based on data findings to improve ROI.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience in web analytics or digital marketing analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection with backup supply.
