Social Media Manager

About the role

The Social Media Manager will join Applylegal.com’s marketing team in the Republic of the Congo, driving the online presence of the company’s legal and financial services. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on creating engaging social content and building community across key platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain social media calendars for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X/Twitter.
• Write, design and publish posts, collaborating with design resources for visual assets.
• Monitor audience interaction, respond to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
• Track performance metrics, generate reports and adjust campaigns to improve reach, engagement and conversions.
• Coordinate with marketing, content and service teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Stay informed on social media trends, identify growth opportunities and contribute ideas to broader digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing corporate social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter).
• Strong copywriting and basic visual content creation abilities.
• Ability to analyse metrics, produce reports and optimise campaigns.
• Good understanding of digital marketing principles and audience targeting.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language relevant to the Congo is a plus.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to handle multiple campaigns in a fast‑paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or equivalent experience.
