Social Media Manager / Content Creator

About the role

We are seeking a creative, results‑driven Social Media Manager and Content Creator to boost our brand’s digital presence. You will be responsible for planning, producing, and publishing engaging multimedia content across all social platforms while fostering community interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar aligned with brand objectives.
• Film high‑quality videos and capture photos using a smartphone or professional camera.
• Edit reels, TikToks, static posts, and other multimedia assets.
• Monitor all social channels, respond to comments/DMs, and nurture community engagement.
• Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and deliver monthly analytical reports.
• Stay current with platform algorithms, trends, and viral audio to keep content relevant.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing managed accounts and produced content.
• Reliable power supply (inverter, generator, or solar) and stable high‑speed internet.
• High‑functioning laptop capable of running editing software smoothly.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong storytelling ability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with video editing tools such as CapCut and Adobe Premiere.
• Graphic design experience using Canva.
• Ability to shoot and edit high‑quality mobile video and photos.
