About the role

As an IT Project Manager at COSTA, you will lead the full lifecycle of digital projects, from gathering business requirements to deployment and support. The role is based on‑site in Pointe‑Noire and requires close collaboration with technical teams and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and monitor project tasks, budgets and timelines while ensuring compliance with quality and security standards.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams and business owners, facilitating project meetings and decision‑making.
• Produce functional and technical documentation and provide regular status reports to senior management.
• Drive continuous improvement of IT processes and support end‑users in adopting new solutions.

Required profile

• Strong analytical ability to translate business needs into appropriate IT solutions.
• Proven experience in program and project management, including risk and budget management.
• Solid understanding of information systems, IT infrastructure and best‑practice standards.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of working with cross‑functional teams and producing clear documentation.
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent; professional proficiency in French, English a plus.
