Remote French-English Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them via chat, email and phone, and ensuring every interaction leaves them feeling supported and valued.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries in French and English through chat, email, and phone.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in our support system.
• Share feedback and insights from customers to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate daily with a friendly, supportive remote team.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and a calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
