About the role

We are looking for a friendly and empathetic professional to join our team as a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. In this role you will assist French‑speaking customers through voice calls and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in both French and English via phone and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a calm, solutions‑first approach.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM system.
• Identify recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and colleagues to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, care, and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM systems is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
