About the role

We are looking for a Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative to assist our global customers in French‑speaking regions. The role combines empathy, clear communication, and problem‑solving to turn inquiries into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly support in French and English via phone calls and live chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our support system.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in both French and English, written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
