Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated French‑English bilingual professional to join our remote support team. You will be the first point of contact for French‑speaking customers, assisting them via phone and live chat while representing our brand with empathy and clarity.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
