About the role

We are looking for a friendly, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French Bilingual Customer Support Representative. You will assist French‑speaking customers via phone and live chat, turning challenges into positive experiences while representing our brand with empathy and professionalism.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Accurately document every interaction in our CRM.
• Spot recurring trends and share feedback to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Uphold brand standards with cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
