Production Department Video Manager

About the role

The Production Department Video Manager oversees day‑to‑day operations of the video team, ensuring equipment is functional, staff are coordinated, and projects run smoothly both on‑site and in the shop.

Key responsibilities

• Test, maintain, and repair video equipment, including large‑projection (10K+) and LED panel systems.
• Safely load and unload trucks, diagnose equipment issues, and track repair status.
• Use the company booking software (R2) to log equipment movements, damages, and inventory counts.
• Supervise, assign, and train technicians, ensuring timely completion of tasks.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and accurate inventory records.
• Periodically review equipment condition, reliability, and timeliness of service.

Required profile

• Proven experience with large‑scale projection, LED video panels, basic rigging, video switching, and camera operation direction.
• Physical ability to lift up to 100 lb regularly and handle heavier loads with assistance.
• Strong written and verbal communication, positive attitude, and commitment to excellence.
