Inventory and Cleanroom Restocking Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented Inventory and Cleanroom Restocking Specialist to join our production team. The role is essential to keep our sterile cleanrooms and compounding suites fully stocked and ready for the next day’s manufacturing runs.

Key responsibilities

• Daily Cleanroom Restocking: safely transport, sanitize, and stock essential materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), and compounding supplies inside controlled cleanroom environments.
• Next‑Day Readiness: review the upcoming production schedule, pull and stage all required components so technicians have 100 % of what they need before their shift begins.
• Inventory Tracking: maintain real‑time, accurate counts of stock levels.
• Discrepancy Reporting: immediately identify and report low‑stock items, expiring materials, or inventory discrepancies to prevent production delays.
• Compliance & Safety: strictly follow standard operating procedures (SOPs), gowning requirements, and sanitization protocols to maintain cleanroom integrity and prevent contamination.

Required profile

• Previous experience in inventory management, warehousing, material handling, or a pharmacy/healthcare setting (training provided for the right candidate).
• Physical stamina to stand/walk for extended periods, lift up to 40–50 lb, and comfortably wear required cleanroom PPE (gown, mask, gloves, hood) for portions of the shift.
• Reliability, strong organizational and time‑management skills, and a self‑starter attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of cleanroom SOPs and gowning procedures.
• Ability to use inventory tracking systems.
