Growth Marketer

About the role

Base360.ai is building an AI‑powered operating system for B2C brands. As a Growth Marketer you will help the company reach those brands, turning awareness into sign‑ups, leads and customers. The role is hands‑on and entrepreneurial, giving you full ownership of growth experiments and channels.

Key responsibilities

• Own one or multiple growth channels end‑to‑end, from strategy to execution and results analysis.
• Generate leads and drive sign‑ups through paid ads, SEO, outbound outreach, referrals and other tactics.
• Design, run and iterate fast experiments on hooks, audiences, funnels and offers.
• Leverage AI tools for research, copywriting, targeting, automation and speed.
• Build high‑converting funnels and landing pages, continuously optimizing each step.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging and growth priorities.
• Track all metrics, create clear data‑driven stories and make informed decisions.
