French+English Bilingual Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are looking for a French‑English bilingual professional to join our fully remote team as a Customer Service Representative. You will act as the primary point of contact for French‑speaking customers, delivering assistance through voice calls and live chat while upholding our brand’s reputation for reliability and care.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly support in both French and English across phone and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with remote teammates to stay aligned on goals and priorities.

Required profile

• Fluent in spoken and written French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of remote bilingual customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce, tech support, or a contact‑center environment.
• Patient, detail‑oriented, and genuinely motivated to help customers.
• Ability to work independently while communicating clearly with a distributed team.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify support platforms.
