French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Voice & Chat)

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French-English Customer Support Specialist to join our remote-first team. You will be the first point of contact for French-speaking customers, providing assistance via phone, live chat and email while upholding our standards of professionalism and care.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-tier support in French and English through voice and chat channels.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide effective, customer-first resolutions.
• Build strong relationships with customers through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high-quality service.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service or a similar role.
• Fluent in both French and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Calm and solution-focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e-commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support platforms.
• Proficiency using CRM systems.
