French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for a French‑speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The role involves handling inbound calls, live‑chat and email inquiries from French‑speaking customers, providing friendly and efficient assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver high‑quality support via voice and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain clear, empathetic communication to build strong customer relationships.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent service standards.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce systems.
• Basic proficiency with CRM tools.
