French-Speaking Customer Support Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. The role involves handling inbound calls, live chat and email inquiries, delivering friendly and effective assistance to our French‑speaking customers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top‑tier support in French and English via voice and chat.
• Troubleshoot customer issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Build strong relationships through clear, empathetic communication.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure consistent, high‑quality service.
• Relay customer feedback to improve tools and processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Bilingual fluency in French and English, both written and spoken.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar help‑desk platforms.
• Working knowledge of CRM systems.
