French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global e‑commerce team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, delivering clear, friendly, and professional assistance in both languages.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support in French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and resolve inquiries.
• Accurately log all interactions and identify recurring trends.
• Share feedback with the team to improve processes.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or Shopify (or similar tools).
