French-English Customer Support Associate

About the role

We are looking for a proactive French‑English Customer Support Associate to join our global team. You will interact with customers from Spanish‑speaking regions via voice calls and live chat, delivering friendly and professional assistance in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, accurate support through phone and chat in French and English.
• Troubleshoot issues, guide customers step‑by‑step, and ensure resolutions are documented.
• Log all interactions in the ticketing system and identify recurring trends.
• Share feedback with the team to improve processes and product knowledge.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, patience, and empathy.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote customer service experience.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce and CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Knowledge of Shopify or comparable e‑commerce tools.
• Basic proficiency with CRM systems.
