Community Manager – Social Media & Content Creation

About the role

Foutela is a fast‑growing platform that connects travelers with private accommodation owners across the Republic of Congo. We are looking for a creative Community Manager to lead our social media presence, produce engaging visual content, and foster interaction with our audience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and animate Foutela’s social channels (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Create visual assets, short videos and stories that showcase properties and the brand.
• Plan and maintain a regular publishing calendar.
• Respond to messages and comments, encouraging community interaction.
• Monitor performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and recommend adjustments.
• Support brand communication and awareness campaigns.

Required profile

• Creative mindset with strong visual and writing sense.
• Comfortable using content‑creation tools such as Canva and CapCut (or equivalents).
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and their specific codes, especially Instagram and TikTok.
• Autonomous, responsive and consistent in delivering work.
• Previous experience in a similar role (internship, association, personal project) is a plus.
