About the role

TalentPop is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join its fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our e‑commerce clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance to customers in both French and English through chat and email.
• Resolve order‑related questions, general concerns, and technical issues.
• Document each interaction accurately in the support system.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent service quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing skills in French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and written communication abilities.
• Organized, reliable, and capable of handling multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias, or Shopify.
