About the role

We are seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this non‑voice position you will handle customer inquiries via chat and email, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for our e‑commerce clientele.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, professional assistance in French and English through chat and email.
• Address customer questions, order issues, and general concerns.
• Troubleshoot problems and deliver clear, accurate solutions.
• Document interactions and keep records up to date.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain consistent support quality.
• Share feedback to improve processes and the overall customer journey.

Required profile

• Fluent reading and writing in both French and English.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in e‑commerce.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written communication.
• Organised, reliable and able to manage multiple conversations simultaneously.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Experience with support platforms such as Zendesk, Gorgias or Shopify.
