Join a vibrant cultural destination! We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Assistant Museum Manager to support the daily operations of Sharpe’s Pottery Museum. This role is a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to contribute to heritage preservation while driving excellence in visitor experience and team leadership.
Missions principales
- Support the Museum Manager in overseeing daily operational activities to ensure seamless museum functioning.
- Coordinate and motivate a diverse team, including staff and volunteers, to maintain high performance and engagement.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance the visitor journey and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
- Contribute to revenue generation initiatives and support the museum's financial sustainability.
- Assist in the implementation of cultural programs and events to maintain the museum's status as a dynamic destination.
Profil recherché
- Proven experience in museum operations, hospitality, or cultural management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire volunteers and staff.
