About the role

Base360.ai is seeking an AI Video Creator to shape the company’s visual presence across product launches, ads, and social media. You will combine storytelling, motion design, and cutting‑edge AI tools to produce engaging video content that captures attention and drives audience growth.

Key responsibilities

• Create emotional, scroll‑stopping video content for product launches, advertisements, social clips, and brand films.
• Leverage AI tools (Runway, Sora, Kling, ElevenLabs, Midjourney, etc.) for end‑to‑end video, voice, image, and music generation.
• Animate and edit product demos, kinetic typography, and transitions using motion‑design techniques.
• Own projects from concept through final export, pitching ideas, building, and shipping them quickly.
• Produce content for all formats, including vertical short‑form for TikTok/Reels, paid‑social ads, and hero videos for the website.
• Maintain a consistent premium brand feel across all video assets.
• Iterate rapidly by testing ideas, analysing performance, and scaling successful concepts.

Required profile

• Portfolio demonstrating high‑quality video and motion work.
• Fluency with AI creative tools and a passion for staying at the technology frontier.
• Strong aesthetic sense to differentiate premium from cheap production.
• Self‑directed and fast, able to turn rough ideas into polished videos without extensive guidance.
• Ability to hook viewers within the first three seconds and retain attention throughout.
