Administrative, Logistics & Project Support Expert

About the role

NTU International is preparing a proposal for the “Support to the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme – AESPP Boost.” The role provides administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation, including contract and activity monitoring, financial reporting support, organisation of meetings and events, and coordination of project‑related activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide administrative, operational and logistical support to programme implementation.
• Monitor contracts and project activities.
• Support financial reporting for the programme.
• Organise meetings, webinars, workshops, missions and events.
• Coordinate project‑related activities across stakeholders.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three‑year programme) in administration, project management, finance, communication, social sciences or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Excellent command of English.
• Working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in project administration, contract monitoring, logistics or operational support.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting donor‑funded or international programmes, including contract monitoring, financial reporting and event organisation.
