PR / External Communications Manager

About the role

Social Discovery Group (SDG) is a group of social discovery companies that turn virtual intimacy into the new normal, with a portfolio of social entertainment platforms connecting people across cultures and regions. Its international team of digital nomads works remotely from around the world. SDG is looking for a PR / External Communications Manager to run its public relations and external communications.

Key responsibilities

• Execute PR campaigns and support the external PR agency: briefs, landing pages and cross-team alignment with Legal, Marketing and SEO
• Review and produce UGC video content for YouTube, ensuring compliance with comms guidelines
• Write PR materials, articles and SEO-optimized content
• Support SERM and online reputation tracking
• Brief and coordinate external vendors and contractors for PR and event needs
• Contribute to crisis and reputation-sensitive communications
• Support event communications and logistics

Required profile

• Experience in PR or corporate communications, ideally alongside a PR agency
• Fluent Russian and strong English
• Strong writing and editing skills
• Comfortable executing to brief and adaptable to shifting priorities
• Resilient, able to work well under close stakeholder involvement
