Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English professional to join its remote call‑center team. The position supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, providing first‑level inbound and outbound customer service for a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and manage related cases.
• Act as the first point of contact for homeowners using the booking platform.
• Provide timely assistance, especially during escalations, and log all interactions.
• Classify, follow up, and maintain accurate records of call history and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback, and stay updated on process and platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven customer‑service experience with the ability to multitask between live calls and case handling.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic, and professional communication under pressure.
• Experience with both inbound and outbound interactions.

Required skills

• Zendesk or similar ticketing platform.
• Slack or comparable team‑collaboration tool.
• Salesforce.
• Standard office tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Windows 11 or macOS 14 operating system.
• USB headset and stable broadband internet connection.
