Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a motivated, bilingual professional to join our remote team as a French‑English Customer Support Representative. You will be the friendly voice and chat partner for customers in French‑speaking regions, helping them navigate our e‑commerce platform and resolve issues quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, courteous support in French and English via phone and live chat.
• Troubleshoot order, product and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our CRM system.
• Spot recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of remote or online experience in customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Excellent communication skills and calm under pressure.
• Experience with e‑commerce or CRM environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Familiarity with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify or similar support tools.
