Remote French Bilingual Customer Support Representative

About the role

We are looking for a fluent French‑English speaker to join our remote customer support team. In this position you will assist customers from French‑speaking regions via phone and live chat, turning inquiries and issues into positive experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely, friendly assistance in both French and English through calls and chat.
• Troubleshoot product, order, and technical issues with a solutions‑first mindset.
• Document every interaction accurately in our support system.
• Identify recurring problems and share insights to improve processes.
• Collaborate with team leads and peers to stay aligned on priorities.
• Represent the brand with professionalism and cultural sensitivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of remote or online customer service experience.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in French and English.
• Calm and solution‑focused under pressure.
• Reliable internet (≥25 Mbps) and a quiet workspace for calls.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify or other e‑commerce tools.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems.
