Data, Economic & Impact Analyst (Non-Key Expert)

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Non-Key Expert to support data and economic analysis, monitoring and evaluation, impact assessment, evidence synthesis, indicator monitoring, and results reporting for the Africa‑EU Space Partnership Programme.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct data and economic analysis to inform programme decisions.
• Perform monitoring and evaluation activities, including indicator tracking.
• Carry out impact assessments and synthesize evidence for stakeholders.
• Monitor key performance indicators and ensure data quality.
• Prepare results reporting and documentation for the AESPP Boost project.
• Develop dashboards and performance reports to visualize findings.

Required profile

• University degree (minimum three years) in statistics, economics, data analytics, social sciences or related field.
• Excellent command of English; working knowledge of French and/or Portuguese is an asset.
• At least three years of professional experience in data analysis, economic analysis, surveys, reporting or indicator monitoring.
• Minimum one year of experience supporting monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL), including quantitative and qualitative analysis, evidence synthesis, and dashboard preparation.
