Remote Croatian Pre‑Sales Representative

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a Croatian‑speaking Pre‑Sales Representative to support a leading European travel‑tech platform. Working remotely, you will engage homeowners, qualify their properties for the vacation‑rental marketplace, and hand over qualified leads to the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Contact homeowners from client‑provided databases and marketing leads.
• Conduct pre‑qualification calls, asking about property details, licensing, pricing and availability.
• Maintain accurate lead information in CRM systems and update internal dashboards.
• Assign qualified leads to Sales Managers for follow‑up.
• Record interactions and follow‑up actions meticulously.
• Collaborate with the Sales Team to ensure smooth handover of leads.

Required profile

• Fluent in Croatian (C2) and strong English communication skills.
• Experience in call‑center environments, sales support, lead qualification or customer service.
• Comfortable making warm and cold outreach calls.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to manage CRM databases.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and as part of a remote team.

Required skills

• Aircall – cloud‑based calling platform.
• Pipedrive CRM – lead and pipeline management.
