Regional Supply Chain Manager

About the role

The Regional Supply Chain Manager will lead all supply‑chain activities across the assigned region, ensuring efficient procurement, inventory control, and logistics while maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and corporate governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional inventory, procurement, and logistics strategies aligned with corporate goals.
• Ensure all activities comply with the Company Safety Management System and local legislative requirements.
• Monitor and improve purchasing standards, supplier contracts, and performance.
• Oversee the use of the Procurement & Inventory Management system to control rig and regional inventory levels.
• Conduct regular warehouse and yard audits to verify compliance with Borr policies.
• Manage supplier relationships, evaluate new suppliers, and drive cost‑saving initiatives.
• Support demand planning and long‑lead‑time item acquisition strategies.
• Track regional supply‑chain KPIs, report performance, and drive continuous improvement.
• Prepare budget plans, review expenditures, and approve spending within authorized limits.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of supply‑chain best practices and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and influence stakeholders.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a focus on cost efficiency.
• High ethical standards and professionalism in procurement and logistics activities.
